The CCPA provides consumers (i.e. California residents) with specific rights regarding their Personal Data. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
Right to Know and Data Portability
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Data over the past 12 months (the "right to know"). Once we receive your request and confirm your, we will disclose to you:
- The categories of Personal Data we collected about you;
- The categories of sources for the Personal Data we collected about you;
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Data;
- The categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Data;
- If we sold or disclosed your Personal Data for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:
- sales, identifying the Personal Data categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
- disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the Personal Data categories that each category of recipient obtained;
- The specific pieces of Personal Data we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
Right to Delete and Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Data that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (the "right to delete"). Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will review your request to see if an exception allowing us to retain the information applies. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the Personal Data, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, or otherwise perform our contract with you;
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities;
- Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law;
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 seq.);
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information's deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research's achievement, if you previously provided informed consent;
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with a legal obligation; or
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
We will delete or deidentify Personal Data not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.
You also have the right to request correction of personal information we maintain about you that you believe is inaccurate. We may require you to provide documentation, if needed, to confirm your identity and support your claim that the information is inaccurate. Unless an exception applies, we will correct personal information that our review determines is inaccurate and notify our service providers to take appropriate action.
Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information Use and Disclosure to Permitted SPI Purposes
You have a right to ask businesses that use or disclose your sensitive personal information to limit those actions to just the CCPA's Permitted SPI Purposes. Once we receive your valid request, we will limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to the Permitted SPI Purposes.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise your rights, please submit a request to the address indicated in the Contact Information section of this Policy.
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your Personal Data.
You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. Your request to know or delete must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Data or an authorized representative; and
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Data if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Data relates to you.
We will only use Personal Data provided in the request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make it.

Personal Information Sales or Sharing Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights |
You have the right to request that businesses stop sharing your personal information at any time, including through a user-enabled opt-out preference signal. Similarly, the CCPA prohibits businesses from selling or sharing the personal information of consumers it actually knows are under 16 years old without first obtaining consent from consumers who are between 13 and 15 years old or the consumer's parent or guardian for consumers under age 13.
Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Data that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
(e) Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising any of your privacy rights under the CCPA. .
(f) Other California Privacy Rights
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email using contact information provided in this Policy.
You Rights Provided by other State Privacy Laws
Depending on your state of residency, you may have certain rights related to your personal data, including:
- Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible[ and required by state law, depending on your state], data will be provided in a portable format. Depending on your state, you may have the right to receive additional information and it will be included in the response to your access request.
- You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data that we maintain, taking into account the information's nature and processing purpose.
- You may request that we delete personal data about you that we maintain, subject to certain exception under applicable law.
- Opt Out of Using Personal Data for Targeted Advertising, Profiling, and Sales. You may request that we do not use your personal data for these purposes.
Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also several exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data "sales" as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain Personal Data sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request to this designated address: dataprivacy@epiinc.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
Processing Personal Data According to the GDPR
Additionally, if the processing of your Personal Data falls within the scope of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), then such processing shall also be performed in accordance with GDPR requirements. Therefore, in addition to the above terms, Company provides you with the following information:
(a) The contact information for the Company Data Privacy Officer is provided in the Contact Information section of this Policy;
(b) Personal Data is processed only for the express purposes set forth in this Policy;
(c) Personal Data may be transferred to processors located around the world;
(d) You are entitled to:
- Request access to your Personal Data. This enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it;
- Request correction of the Personal Data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate Personal Data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us;
- Request erasure of your Personal Data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing, where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your Personal Data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request;
- Object to processing of your Personal Data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms;
- Request restriction of processing of your Personal Data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your Personal Data in the following scenarios: (a) if you want us to establish the data's accuracy; (b) where our use of the data is unlawful but you do not want us to erase it; (c) where you need us to hold the data even if we no longer require it as you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or (d) you have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it;
- Request the transfer of your Personal Data to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you;
- Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
(e) You will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
(f) You may at any time lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority located in the European Union having jurisdiction over processing; and
(g) Company does not perform automated decision-making, including profiling.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data
You may also send us an email at dataprivacy@epiinc.com to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Data that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change your Personal Data if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with our Website. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from our Website may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. How We Retain Your Personal Data
